How DTF printing and embroidery orders work from upload to delivery

Upload your design, approve a proof, and receive finished custom apparel within three business days. This page walks through each step from file upload to shipment so you know what to expect.

  1. Step 1

    Export your design in the correct format

    Save your file as AI, PDF, PNG at 300 DPI, or SVG with embedded fonts. Raster formats like JPG often introduce compression artifacts that show up in the final print.

  2. Step 2

    Use RGB color mode for DTF, spot colors for embroidery

    DTF printing works best with RGB files; we match your colors to the closest ink mix. For embroidery, specify Pantone or thread brand references if color accuracy matters.

  3. Step 3

    Check resolution and trim transparent backgrounds

    Images smaller than 300 DPI will print blurry. Remove any extra transparent space around your design so we can place it exactly where you want it on the garment.

  4. Step 4

    Upload your file or build in the design tool

    Drag your file into the order form or use the online tool to add text, shapes, and clipart. You will see a live preview and instant price before you submit.

  5. Step 5

    Check the proof we send back

    We send a mockup showing your design on the chosen item within one business day. Check size, placement, and colors; reply with approval or requested changes.

  6. Step 6

    Receive your order in three days

    Once you approve the proof, we print or embroider your items, inspect each one, and ship via standard ground service within the continental United States.

What you need to get started

  • Your logo, artwork, or text in AI, PDF, PNG, or SVG format
  • The garment type, color, and size you want printed or embroidered
  • Placement preference: chest, back, sleeve, or hat front

What you receive

  • A design proof showing your artwork on the chosen item
  • Finished garments with DTF print or embroidery as specified
  • Standard ground shipping to your address within three days
